Alcohol (18+) is available online for home delivery to signed-in account holders only: registration captures your name, email, contact number and date of birth (18+ required — this is our age verification), payment is cash on delivery only (online card payment is never available for alcohol orders), and photo ID (Challenge 25) is checked by the driver before handover. Guest checkout is not available for age-verified items — you must create and sign in to an account. Vape products are 18+ and are sold in our Bedford stores only — never online and never advertised.

Challenge-25

Our staff and delivery drivers may ask anyone who looks under 25 for valid photographic ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) — at the till or at your door.

Refusals

If valid ID isn't provided, we will not sell or hand over age-restricted goods, and an alcohol delivery will be refused with nothing taken.
