1. What we collect

Order details (name, phone, email, delivery address). If you create an account: your email, name, contact number and date of birth (18+ required; kept for age verification on alcohol orders). We do not store card numbers: online card payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com) under their own privacy policy, and age-verified (alcohol) orders are paid cash on delivery, so no card details are ever taken for them.

2. Why we use it

To fulfil orders, confirm windows, handle age verification and contact you about your order. With your consent, we may send offers.

3. Sharing

We share only what's needed with delivery, payment (Stripe), email and hosting service providers, and where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting the store.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies (basket, branch, security). Analytics cookies are added only with your consent.
